Are you ready to shift your career into high gear? Mile High Honda / Acura is looking for a skilled and motivated Title Clerk who knows the ins and outs of Colorado’s title processing. What You’ll Do:
Master the details – Accurately process vehicle titles ensuring all documents are in compliance with Colorado state regulations.
Keep customers in the loop – Communicate title and paperwork delays with customers, keeping them informed every step of the way.
Manage payoffs and title flow – Ensure timely processing of vehicle payoffs and manage titles for inventory, trade-ins, new and used sales, and wholesales, ensuring they are promptly received and processed to maintain compliance
Ensure accuracy in every transaction – Verify that all taxes, fees, and necessary forms are accurately submitted for each title transaction, ensuring smooth processing and full compliance.
Solve problems – Stay on top of title rejections, follow up with any customer concerns, and resolve issues with a proactive approach.
Be the go-to expert – Support our sales, finance and accounting teams by navigating the intricacies of the Colorado DMV titling and registration system.
What You Bring:
Experience matters – At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Colorado vehicle titles and DMV regulations.
Detail-driven – You’ve got an eye for the little things and take pride in getting it right the first time.
Communication pro – Whether it’s with customers, team members, or the DMV, you keep everyone on the same page.
Team player – You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to tackle challenges with a can-do attitude.
