Architect or Project Manager
We are a small women owned firm looking for someone to come be part of our company.
We are only looking to get government contracts so pay will be based on winning. This can be a great opportunity for someone looking to grow.
Experience:
– Experience working with Government Agency
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture -Must have Architecture License for the State of Georgia
– Proven experience working as an architect in a professional setting
– Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant architectural tools
– Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Note: This is a contract position. Experience in government and responding to RFP’s is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
