Job Description
Personal Injury Attorney
Salary up to $100-130K “DOE” and will consider higher compensation based on candidates experience and skills.
Primary Hiring Need
Candidates must be proficient with the handling of all aspects of a personal injury matter on behalf of the Plaintiff, and not the defense of personal injury matters on behalf of carriers.
Filling this position is their main priority.
The Lead Managing Partner is adamant that “they must have Plaintiff Personal Injury experience and will not consider candidates with defense experience.”
Ideally seeking a candidate with 5 years of experience as a “Personal Injury Attorney Plaintiff side”, will consider candidates with at least 3 years of experience.
Candidates must be licensed to practice in New Jersey or bar admission pending.
Personal Injury associate will be working with the Managing Partner since he essentially runs that department.
Responsibilities may include:
Drafting discovery requests and responses, attending Court hearings, conducting depositions and/or conducting legal research.
