Job Overview
Looking for a part-time injury attorney to handle pre-litigation car accident negotiations and settlements. Experience is required. No court appearances necessary except for minor settlement approval hearings, which are mostly online. Flexible schedule. In person work is great, but remote is a possibility for the right candidate with experience. Firm has excellent reputation and a great team. We have dedicated case intake and case managers to assist attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients, adjusters and defense lawyers to negotiate car accident settlements.
- Make certain that all liens are honored, all settlement documents are correct, etc.
- Work with team to answer questions about case strategy.
- Work with clients to address concerns prior to settlement. (limited)
Experience
- Must be licensed to practice law in NC.
- Must have experience handling car accident cases.
- Must be good with clients, our team and insurance adjusters.
- Must be familiar with common car accident injuries, health insurance, medical liens, etc.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
