Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required.
Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory.
2 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed.
A good understanding of personal injury law/tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired.
Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred.
