Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Attorney at Stewart & Stewart Attorneys in Indianapolis, IN. The Person al Injury Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and appearing in court on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
Strong litigation skills and experience in personal injury law
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Legal research and writing abilities
Client counseling and case management skills
Experience in trial advocacy and courtroom litigation
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Indiana
Previous experience in personal injury law is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
