At Schilling & Silvers, we are committed to fighting for justice on behalf of injury victims. With a strong reputation for aggressive representation and compassionate client care, we are expanding our litigation team and seeking a talented and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our practice.
Responsibilities:
Manage a personal injury caseload (car accidents, slip & falls, premises liability) through trial or settlement
Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Prepare and argue motions in court
Collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently
Represent clients with professionalism and dedication in all phases of litigation
Regularly update clients on the status of their case
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Florida
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigator (Plaintiff or Defense)
Willingness to try cases and confidence in the courtroom
Strong legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
Trial experience
