Boutique law firm in downtown Coral Gables seeks a part-time legal assistant to work 25 to 30 hours per week. Candidate should be professional, resourceful, organized, and detail oriented. This is an in-office position, not remote.
Experience in
E-filing, notice drafting, scheduling, and administrative tasks, such as calendaring and file organization, is preferred but not essential.
Must be proficient in
Outlook, Word, and Adobe. Bilingual helpful but not required.
