Our law firm client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to join their legal team. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, advocating for clients through all stages of the legal process. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and litigation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
:
Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution
.Conduct client interviews and maintain clear, consistent communication
.Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions
.Represent clients in settlement negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings
.Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression
.
Qualification
***** Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar licens
e.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal injury law is preferre
d.Strong research, writing, and analytical skill
s.Bilingual in Spanish is a plu
