Full Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time In-House Attorney with a focus on personal injury law. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil litigation and a passion for advocating on behalf of injury victims. This role requires sound legal judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle personal injury claims from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation stages
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
Manage case files, conduct depositions, and attend court appearances as needed
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
Some experience in civil litigation preferred; personal injury experience is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
