We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advocate for clients who have experienced personal injuries, helping them secure the compensation and justice they deserve. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for personal injury law, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and a proactive approach to litigation and client communication. You will play a vital role in managing cases from inception through trial, ensuring thorough preparation and effective legal advocacy. We have opportunities on both the plaintiff or defense side, from boutique to biglaw firms.
Skills
- Extensive experience in personal injury law, general & commercial litigation, or insurance defense
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful settlements
- Excellent legal writing, drafting, and motion preparation abilities
- Knowledge of procedural law and courtroom procedures for depositions and trials
- Ability to handle complex cases involving employment law, workers’ compensation law, or other related areas is a plus
- Exceptional client communication skills with a focus on compassionate advocacy
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes including case management systems
- Experience in employment law cases or statutory legal research is advantageous but not required
Pay: $145,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
