Position: Personal Injury Attorney – Orange County Office
Our client is seeking Personal Injury Attorneys in Orange County, CA. Below is a summary to match your experience against the role:

This role is ideal for someone who is independent and capable of managing cases autonomously while valuing collaboration in a supportive and flexible workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 15-17 cases with minimal supervision.
All aspects of litigation, including defense strategy development, written discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, and trial.
Work collaboratively with partners and other associates to develop appropriate legal strategies.
Provide direction to supporting legal assistants, law clerks, and paralegals.
Conduct depositions, especially involving healthcare professionals.
Draft motions (including motions for summary judgment).
Collaborate on mediations and prepare for trials.
Handle 140 to 150 billable hours/month.
Work Setup: in-office initially with Hybrid option after 3 months.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
At least 2 years of experience in general liability, with a specific focus on personal injury, is preferred but not necessary.
Experience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice.
Efficiently analyze issues and communicate regularly with claims professionals.
Must have experience working in a law firm environment.
Competitive salary: $,000 based on experience.
