Long-term 3-days-a-week position for a detail oriented professional. Prior professional office experience required. Must be a team player with good communication skills who is flexible, organized, detail-oriented and works well under minimal supervision. Experience in MIcrosoft Office a must, including Excel and Onedrive. Must be fluent in computer file management.

Days will be somewhat flexible within normal daytime working hours.

Summary

As an Administrative Assistant in a legal environment, you will be essential in supporting the office’s operations through effective communication and organizational skills. With relevant experience in Microsoft Office and calendar management, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of the office while ensuring a professional atmosphere for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to attorneys by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and maintain effective communication with clients and staff.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation, data entry, and proofreading.
Assist with office management including maintaining managing front desk operations.
Ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
