A well-established and rapidly growing North Carolina personal injury firm is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team. We operate across multiple offices in the Triangle and beyond, with a reputation for being genuinely accessible to clients — not a high-volume settlement mill.
About the Role
We’re expanding into workers’ compensation and need an attorney who can hit the ground running. You’ll split your time between:
- Handling personal injury claims from intake through resolution — demands, negotiations, litigation support
- Helping build out a new workers’ compensation practice — shaping processes, workflows, and case strategy as this area grows
This is a rare opportunity to have real ownership over a new practice area at a firm actively investing in its growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of legal experience
- Personal injury experience required
- Workers’ compensation experience required (NC Industrial Commission experience a plus)
- Comfortable managing a caseload independently while working closely with a strong case management and intake team
- Someone who wants to build something, not just process files

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
