ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level People Operations Associate. This role focuses on supporting employee programs, onboarding coordination, HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and people-related operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, people-focused, and interested in building a career in Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Experience, or Talent Management.
The People Operations Associate will work closely with HR teams, managers, and employees to support day-to-day people operations while helping create a positive employee experience.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in HR coordination, employee support, onboarding, talent operations, or people administration.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $85,000 – $115,000 per year, based on experience, organizational skills, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
– Maintain employee records and HR documentation
– Coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives
– Assist with HR communications and internal announcements
– Schedule meetings, training sessions, and employee events
– Support benefits administration and employee support requests
– Track employee documentation and compliance requirements
– Assist with HR reporting and people analytics activities
– Coordinate employee lifecycle processes and updates
– Maintain confidentiality of employee information
– Support policy administration and HR operations
– Help improve employee experience programs and processes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field)
– 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, HR, or support roles
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
– Attention to detail and professionalism
– Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
– Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
– Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
– People-focused and team-oriented mindset
NICE TO HAVE
– Internship or entry-level HR experience
– Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems
– Employee support or administrative experience
– Experience with scheduling and coordination
– Interest in People Operations and Employee Experience
