We are currently recruiting People & Culture Intern to work with and strengthen our People & Culture team based in the Madrid’s office.
Responsibilities
Support in the analysis of training and development data and trends, structuring and organizing information to generate strategic reports and dashboards in the required formats.
Assist in managing the Atlantica training process, including communication with suppliers and employees, organizing internal and external training courses, handling approvals and enrollments, tracking invoices, and analyzing training quality and effectiveness based on KPIs and feedback.
Participate in data collection, analysis, and visualization within People Analytics, supporting the creation of reports on performance, turnover, engagement, and development needs using data analysis tools.
Support the automation and optimization of training and talent management processes, leveraging Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools to improve decision-making efficiency.
Collaborate in the preparation of monthly KPI reports related to training, development, and talent management, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Other tasks related to the People & Culture department, with a strong focus on developing skills in People Analytics and optimizing talent and training processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, or similar.
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking) C1 level is a must.

Experience & Technical Qualifications
Experience of 0 to 1 years or more working in the HR department of an International Company (preferably in the energy sector).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel is a must).
Cornerstone knowledge and expertise is desirable.
