The Company
A leading global multinational with a strong footprint across the Middle East. As they continue to evolve, they are looking to strengthen their HR capability in the region and are seeking a passionate and driven People & Culture Business Partner to join their Dubai office.
The Role
This is a pivotal role within the regional People & Culture team, partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to embed culture, drive engagement, and support business performance through exceptional people practices.
Partnering with business leaders to align the people agenda with strategic objectives
Driving employee engagement, performance, and development programs across the region
Supporting talent management, succession planning, and capability building initiatives
Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs within the organization
Managing complex employee relations and coaching leaders through people challenges
Leading or supporting regional HR projects and transformation initiatives
Driving cultural initiatives and supporting change management efforts
Collaborating with global COEs on policy design, HR tools, and digital enablement
Ensuring compliance with UAE labor law and internal governance standards
The Candidate
We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking HR professional who thrives in agile, fast-paced environments and is passionate about culture and people development.
3 – 6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a multinational or regional matrix structure
Arabic speaker is a must
Strong track record in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders
Experience in leading people initiatives across multiple HR disciplines (e.g., talent, engagement, culture, ER)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance requirements
Confident managing ambiguity and supporting change and transformation
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous
