Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Payroll Supervisor to join our HR & Finance team at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co.in Riyadh. The successful candidate will manage the entire payroll function, ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, and maintain compliance with local regulations. Experience with SAP Payroll is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise full-cycle payroll processing for all company employees.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, and internal policies.
Reconcile payroll data and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain payroll reports and documentation for auditing purposes.
Liaise with HR, Finance, and IT departments for smooth operations.
Operate and manage payroll processes using SAP.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 7 years of payroll experience, including 2+ years using SAP Payroll.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, Saudi labor law, and GOSI regulations.
High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

:تعلن شركة عبدالله العثيم للاستثمار عن حاجتها لتوظيف مشرف رواتب ذو كفاءة عالية للانضمام إلى فريق المالية والموارد البشرية في الرياض. يكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن الإشراف الكامل على عمليات الرواتب وضمان تنفيذها بدقة، مع الالتزام بالأنظمة المحلية وسياسات الشركة. يشترط وجود خبرة عملية في نظام SAP للرواتب
.المهام والمسؤوليات
:الإشراف على إعداد ومعالجة الرواتب الشهرية بشكل كامل
.الالتزام بأنظمة العمل السعودية ولوائح التأمينات الاجتماعية (GOSI)
.مراجعة بيانات الرواتب والتأكد من دقة البدلات والاستقطاعات
.إعداد وحفظ تقارير الرواتب للرجوع والمراجعة
.التنسيق مع أقسام الموارد البشرية والمالية وتقنية المعلومات لضمان انسيابية العمل
.إدارة النظام والعمليات المرتبطة بالرواتب باستخدام نظام SAP
.المتطلبات
:درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو الموارد البشرية أو تخصص ذي صلة
.خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال الرواتب، منها سنتين على الأقل باستخدام نظام SAP
.معرفة جيدة بأنظمة الرواتب في المملكة، وقوانين العمل والتأمينات الاجتماعية
.دقة في العمل، والقدرة على حل المشكلات تحت الضغط
