Role Description

Responsibilities include calculating employee compensation, updating our internal HR Systems/databases and ensuring timely payments. To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle confidential information. Familiar with Saudi labor law.

You will help run a smooth and accurate payroll process, reporting to Payroll Administrator.

Tasks

· Collect monthly timesheets thru GHRS system.

· Calculate allowances and deductions.

· Prepare employees’ payroll by the end of each month using Payroll software.

· Interact closely with Finance department for payments.

· Report generation.

· Ensure wages and GOSI withholdings comply with regulations.

· Enter new employees’ data including bank accounts into internal systems.

· Answer questions about payroll, benefits and deductions

Qualifications

Graduate in Accounting or HR or similar.

Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role in Middle East. Preferably Saudi Arabia experience.

Hands-on experience with HR information systems, payroll software.

Strong calculation skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.

Good knowledge of Saudi labor Laws

Time-management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information.
