Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Payroll Clerk. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, administering payroll systems, managing payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations, and handling related accounting tasks. The role involves collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timely compensation for employees while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance with applicable regulations
- Basic to intermediate Accounting skills relevant to payroll functions
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in payroll or accounting are advantageous
