KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Payroll & Benefits Officer to join our HR Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Support payroll preparation and labor law requirements (ERGANI Program, SCAN HRMS etc.)
Support day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees according to legal requirements
Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits and resolving any issues or discrepancies
Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other benefits packages
Benefits
University Degree in a relevant field
Master’s Degree in Human Resources would be considered an asset
1 year of experience in HR Assistant or Generalist role
Excellent knowledge of English
Attention to detail
Knowldge of Scan HRMS would be an asset
Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills with internal & external stakeholders
