Hauptman Ham, LLP, an intellectual property law firm located in Northern Virginia, is searching for a Patent Legal Assistant who will support several growing IP practice groups. This position handles patent prosecution with a focus on filing information disclosure statements and responding to formality issues. The position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, ability to communicate well with other members of the team, anticipate needs and identify solutions to problems.
This position will report to the Practice Manager and may be called upon to support other practice areas, as necessary.
