Registration with the United States Patent & Trademark Office is also required. Additionally, attorneys must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and U.S. bar membership.

Candidates should have the technical chops to be able to discuss details with engineers and developers, but also the confidence to interact with well-known giants in the tech world.
