Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Patent Paralegal for our client in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a global innovator in the life sciences and technology sector, supporting a dynamic Intellectual Property team in a hybrid work environment.
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $30-50/hr
Shifts Available: Day Shift – Hybrid Schedule after Training

What You’ll Do:
Manage U.S. and international patent dockets using systems like Anaqua
Review and audit law firm invoices and reconcile discrepancies
Track annuities, maintenance fees, and support invention incentive programs
Maintain accuracy in docket deadlines and filing instructions
Provide administrative and logistical support to a global IP team
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of IP experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting
Expertise in U.S. and international patent docketing (Anaqua preferred)
Familiarity with PCT and global filing processes
Strong Excel and document management skills
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and multitasking ability
