About Us
We support the company’s stable business operations by managing domestic and international patent disputes including litigation and claims. We also review and advise on potential patent and IP issues that may arise from R&D, manufacturing, sales, and collaborations.
What We Do
We oversee domestic and international patent disputes throughout their lifecycle, from dispute handling and negotiation to the execution of agreements for final resolution and post-settlement follow-up. In addition, we provide advice on patent- and IP-related matters and review contracts to help mitigate associated legal risks.
What We Need to See
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and satisfy all of the following requirements:
1) Licensed to practice law in U.S. (J.D. or equivalent)
2) Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Semiconductor Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Law
3) 2 to 5 years of work experience
4) English communication skills
