Job Duties, Including But Not Limited To
Drafting new patent examining regulations and practices.
Drafting petition decisions.
Researching and drafting memoranda of law.
Develop training materials and present lectures on Patent Legal topics such as patent policy.
Reviewing invention disclosures and drafting patent applications.
Responding to USPTO office actions.
Security Clearance Level
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Qualifications
A minimum of ten (10) years of Patent drafting and prosecution experience.
Must have Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Law School.
Must have expert knowledge on the Manual of Patent Examining Procedures (MPEP).
Strong work ethic and track record.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Talented management and leadership skills.

Compensation:
From $100,000 to $150,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
