Looking for partners/teams/firms that produce outstanding work, have developed excellence in client service and with portable business. The opportunity includes a seat at the table — a chance to contribute to the development of a multi-faceted strategy to grow and maintain the firm’s market position over the next 20 years.
You will be:
Qualified in Hungary (ideally) [open to other lawyers / non-Hungarian / with clients].
Recognized in the marketplace and/or leading benchmark publications as a lawyer who provides top tier strategic advice in your practice/sector area(s).
A minimum of 10 – 12 years of law firm experience with excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills.
Excellent understanding, comprehension and ability to articulate law firm or practice group strategies.
Strong leadership and business development track record.
Your own portable business should be no less than EUR 500,000 annually in the first instance. The other senior lawyers on your team should have portable as well as relationships that would be synergistic to the firm’s network. Partners would be able to increase their business over time given this firm’s expanding global network and cross border interaction with other offices.
