Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Partner role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, New York City, Washington D.C. or in Florida. Our firm is rapidly expanding its physical offices and client base. The Partner will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, delivering expert legal counsel, representing clients in complex litigation and transactional matters, and leading strategic growth within the firm. Responsibilities include providing leadership to legal teams, serving as a mentor to junior attorneys, and actively pursuing new business opportunities in alignment with the firm’s goals and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise and experience in Business Litigation, Franchise Law, Employment Law, and Corporate Law, including the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and guiding junior attorneys.
  • Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to represent clients effectively in high-stakes cases and transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top 100 accredited law school and active bar membership in Georgia, New York, D.C., or Florida.
