Position: Partner Marketing Senior Associate (remote)
Location: Rochelle Park
We are seeking an experienced Contract Partner with a strong background in land use and zoning law. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience working with private developers or public entities in New Jersey , including representation of Planning Boards and / or Boards of Adjustment (Zoning Boards).
Key Responsibilities :
Provide legal counsel on land use, zoning, and real estate development matters.
Represent clients before Planning Boards and Zoning Boards in New Jersey.
Advise private developers and public entities on regulatory compliance and approvals.
Prepare and review land use applications, zoning variances, and site plan approvals.
Draft and negotiate development agreements, easements, and other related contracts.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for real estate development projects.
Stay updated on New Jersey land use laws, regulations, and policy changes.
Work collaboratively with municipal officials, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements :
10+ years of legal experience in land use and zoning.
Proven experience working with private developers or public entities in New Jersey.
Strong knowledge of New Jersey land use regulations and procedures.
Experience representing Planning Boards and / or Zoning Boards.
Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
