Partner in Patent and Trademark Litigation

200 firm is seeking a Partner with significant experience in Patent and Trademark Litigation. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience practicing in a law firm.
This position involves working closely with other partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues. Qualified candidates must have strong litigation skills, excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines and as part of a team.
The partner must hold an engineering or computer science degree or have significant experience litigating patents in these technology areas. Candidates who are members of the Patent Bar are strongly preferred, and must be members of the Florida Bar. We will consider partners looking to relocate to Florida.
