200 firm is seeking a Partner with significant experience in Patent and Trademark Litigation. The position can be based in Miami, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, or Sarasota offices.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience in a law firm setting. Responsibilities include working closely with other partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues. Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong litigation skills, excellent drafting and communication abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively within deadlines and as part of a team.
The candidate must hold an engineering or computer science degree or possess substantial experience litigating patents in these technology areas. Membership in the Patent Bar is strongly preferred, and candidates must be members of the Florida Bar. We will consider partners seeking to relocate to Florida.
