Position Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Immigration Partner to join our Tax practice group in Miami. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of immigration law experience in a law firm setting. Responsibilities include working closely with partners and senior associates on employment-based (temporary and permanent) and family-based immigration petitions and applications. You will represent clients before USCIS, consular, and other government authorities on visas such as E-2 Treaty visas, O-2 visas, and L-1 intracompany transferee visas.
Candidates must have excellent drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with membership or pending membership in the Florida Bar. A portable book of business is required. Compensation is highly competitive.
