Our prestigious law firm is seeking a new Partner to
join our growing team
. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience to take on a
leadership
role in a renowned legal firm. As a Partner, you will be responsible for managing a variety of business law cases, providing strategic counsel to clients, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate and is looking to make a significant impact in a thriving legal practice.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal counsel to clients in the entertainment industry, including musicians, actors, directors, producers, and production companies.
Negotiate and draft various entertainment, real estate, and employment law contracts and agreements.
Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with other partners to develop strategies for the firm’s growth and success.
Actively participate in business development activities to attract new clients and maintain existing ones.
Stay updated on current trends and legal developments in the entertainment industry.
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
Uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence and high-quality legal services.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Must bring a robust portable book of business ($750k +)
A minimum of 5 years of experience in entertainment law.
Admission to the state bar.
Proven track record of success in entertainment law cases.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong business development skills, with a proven ability to attract and retain clients.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in a supervisory role.
Passion for the entertainment industry and a deep understanding of its unique legal challenges.
