Position: Employment Partner Attorney
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Partner / Attorney to join our team. This key position requires a professional with a strong background in managing various employment-related matters.
Key Responsibilities :
Providing representation and advice to employers on an array of employment issues including employment litigation, employee policies, and training.
Creation and management of employment contracts and agreements.
Providing day-to-day employment counseling, ensuring wage and hour compliance, and managing leave administration.
Conducting litigation in both state and federal courts with a high degree of proficiency.
Preferred Additional Experience :
Experience in employment class action and wage and hour collective / class actions.
Experience conducting internal and governmental investigations.
Experience in employee benefits litigation and labor relations.
