Atomic Integrity Systems (AIS) develops infrastructure that enables private credit and structured lending market participants to deploy, track, and recycle capital more efficiently. Our systems are designed specifically for workflows focusing on ownership tracking, lifecycle servicing, and controlled transfer of investor positions.

AIS operates strictly as a software provider: no issuance, no placement, no intermediation, no custody. We support primary market structures only, integrating into existing legal, administrative, and custody frameworks.

With 10+ years delivering systems for governments, regulators, and financial institutions, we are opening a limited number of Partner roles for individuals who can originate direct access to decision-makers in private markets.

Role

The role is limited to:

  • identifying relevant private credit use cases;
  • introducing AIS to decision-makers with budget authority.

AIS manages all technical, commercial, and delivery processes.

  • Target environments
  • private credit funds (direct lending, and, to lesser extent, mezzanine & special sits);
  • alternative asset managers;
  • fund administrators and transfer agents.

Across: Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE (ADGM/DIFC), Luxembourg, Switzerland, Cayman, Jersey/Guernsey.

Where is AIS used

Engagements are driven by the need to:

  • accelerate capital deployment, servicing & redeployment cycles;
  • reduce idle capital across structuring and admin layers;
  • simplify ownership tracking, transfer approvals, and investor workflows.

Profile requirements

  • trusted access to COO / Head of Operations / Head of Product / Fund leadership;
  • background in private credit, asset management, or fund infrastructure;
  • network where senior executives respond quickly and trust your judgment;
  • ability to generate high-quality, decision-level introductions.

Not suitable for junior profiles, technical networks, or volume-based intermediaries.

Compensation

  • up to 10% success-based compensation;
  • no retainers, no quotas, no obligations.
