Partner (Corporate and Commercial Practice) –
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Partner in the Corporate Practice at Juris Prime Law Services, based in Hyderabad. The Partner will play a critical role in driving the firm’s corporate law practice, managing high-profile clients, leading a team of associates, and providing strategic legal counsel. Key responsibilities include overseeing transactional matters, client development, strategic decision-making, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage corporate legal matters, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, private equity, and securities law transactions.
Provide expert legal advice on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts.
Develop and nurture client relationships by offering strategic, high-level legal solutions aligned with client objectives.
Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of associates and junior lawyers, ensuring professional growth and excellence.
Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and client presentations to enhance market visibility and client engagement.
Collaborate with other partners to contribute to the overall growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the firm.
Qualifications
Extensive Experience: Demonstrated success in corporate law practice with a minimum of 6 years in transactional law, company law, securities regulations, and contract law.
Leadership & Client Development Skills: Proven ability to attract, retain, and manage key clients and lead legal teams effectively.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice and innovative solutions in high-stakes corporate matters.
Strong Communication & Advocacy: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Educational & Professional Background: Law degree from a reputable institution and membership in relevant bar council/associations.
