We are looking for an attorney to become part of our team! You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the direct supervision of an attorney.
~Prospective or Recent law school grads encouraged to apply.
Work will relate to: Personal Injury, Family, Administrative, Business Law, and Consumer Protection Law (we handle cases in Utah, Idaho, and Washington)
Responsibilities may include:
Conduct research to support legal proceedings
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Record and store client information
Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.
Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony
Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research
Locate and develop case relevant information
Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
Answer and direct phone calls
Maintain contact lists
Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars

Compensation will be depending on experience for each of the listed positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour
