The Garden City law firm of Stagg Wabnik Law Group is seeking a full time commercial paralegal. We are looking for someone with law firm experience and proficiency with Windows environment, including Word, Outlook and other Office tools.
Responsibilities include: Supporting attorneys; Drafting answers, bills of particulars and discovery demands/responses; Reviewing records; Copying, scanning and filing; Calendaring court dates and managing case schedules; Filing pleadings, motions and other court papers; Case management.
Requires flexibility to work some overtime. We value our friendly and collegial environment, so we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can work well with others and clients as an effective team member.
