Preg O’Donnell & Gillett PLLC, a regional, full-service litigation and business law firm, is seeking a Part-Time Litigation Associate for our Seattle office.

We are seeking attorneys with two or more years of civil litigation experience who enjoy collaborating and supporting a team of experienced litigators and contributing to high-quality client service. Unlike a traditional associate role with full independent case responsibility, this position is designed to provide support on active matters while still offering opportunities for professional growth, client interaction, and substantive legal work. Salary $60k – $110k annually DOE and desired schedule.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess:
- Two or more years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
- Solid organizational and case management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative approach to client service and teamwork
- Membership in the Washington State Bar Association
Experience with depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation is preferred.
