Responsibilities:
- Handle evictions and related legal proceedings
- Handle all aspects of case Litigations
- ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Advocate workers’ compensation cases, providing comprehensive legal representation and counseling throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and complete case files, documents, and records
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, and agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation
Requirements:
- Expertise in handling evictions and litigations
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices
- Strong understanding of relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
