Hill Rugh Keller & Main is a central Florida AV-rated construction defect and insurance defense law firm with an immediate opening for full-time legal assistant for one partner and one associate attorney.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of Florida civil litigation experience. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparation of correspondence and pleadings, e-service and e-filing, scheduling (depositions, hearings, mediation, etc.), file maintenance, and time entry. Experience working with Florida Courts’ E-Filing Portal is required and knowledge of Business Court Rules is a plus!
Salary commensurate with experience.
