Hall & Diana LLC is a boutique law firm in Boston specializing in trusts and estates. We are seeking a diligent and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to the overall success of our law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet clients
Manage and organize office documentation, mail, and files.
Handle communication including answering phones and managing firm emails.
Prepare and update reports, presentations, estate planning documents and correspondence
Perform general office duties and administrative tasks.
Provide support for office projects as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Abode Acrobat.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma required; further education or paralegal certification is a plus.
Experience in a trust and estate law firm also a plus.
This position requires presence in our Boston, MA office and is not eligible for remote work. The schedule is four days per week (Fridays required), five hours per day within normal business hours (9a-5p), for a total of twenty hours per week. This is an hourly position, starting at $30 per hour. If you are organized, efficient, and ready to make an impact, we would love to hear from you.
