The Arkansas Commission for Parent Counsel (ACPC) seeks applications for a part-time Attorney contractor to represent parents in dependency-neglect cases in Sebastian County, 12th Judicial District.
Responsibilities
- Represent parents in dependency-neglect proceedings in Sebastian County (12th Judicial District) as a part-time attorney contractor.
Qualifications
- Currently qualified as a dependency-neglect attorney under Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 15 (preferred).
- Training available for otherwise qualified candidates.
