Basic principles, concepts & methodology of legal proceedings & legal research; principles of legal writing; identification, analysis & eval of basic legal concepts; knowledge of computerized info & db recordkeeping sys; research & analyze statutory regs & case law related to clients’ req’s; legal doc prep & review; drafting legal memorandum incl case briefs; engaging directly w/clients to gather info;
prior exp assisting w/arbitration & facilitating out-of-court dispute resolution.
