The Role:
Litigation Focused – Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including pre-litigation or litigation, depending on your expertise.
Courtroom & Negotiation Experience – Handle mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials as needed.
Strategy & Client Advocacy – Work closely with a dynamic legal team to maximize client recovery and ensure exceptional outcomes.
Who We Want:
Licensed in PA or NJ (Both preferred).
2-5 years of personal injury experience.
Driven to Succeed – We seek motivated attorneys who thrive on results, maximize client recovery, and drive revenue through great advocacy.
Excellent Communicator & Negotiator – Strong skills in case strategy, negotiations, and client interaction.
