Primary responsibilities include:
· Assisting attorneys with drafting legal documents and correspondence
· Meeting with clients
· Preparing billing and invoicing clients
· E-filing relating to County clerk filings and court documents via NYCEF
· Answering phones, scheduling appointments and assisting reception with overflow
Required skills:
· Computer literacy
· Organizational skills and detail oriented
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Strong customer service background
