Burnetti, P.A. has been serving the injured people of Florida for over 25 years and we are seeking a full time Experienced Litigation legal assistant with experience managing auto accident, slip and fall, and general personal injury cases for our Lakeland. We are looking for a self motivated experience Legal assistant to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Attorneys;
Prepare basic legal documents and correspondence;
Request records;
Communicate with clients, witnesses and experts;
Monitor deadlines;
Other duties as assigned;
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Ability:
Prior legal assistant experience, within a law firm is preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent Organizational Skills
Ability to work as a team member and independently
Proficient with the Microsoft Office 365 of applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organization
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not necessary
