About the Opportunity
A leading organization in the telecommunications and infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a dynamic Property & Environment team. This role offers flexibility—available as a part-time position (3 days/week) or an initial 6-month contract, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs. You’ll play a key role in managing commercial frameworks for a large-scale property network across Australia, ensuring seamless lease governance and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end lease and licence governance processes, including document preparation (DocuSign) and stakeholder approvals.
Oversee change of ownership processes, coordinating with legal providers and internal teams.
Handle supplier management, payment triggers, and inbox triage for a portfolio of 2,000+ site providers.
Validate invoices from leasing agents and legal service providers.
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams on payment queries and supplier updates.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years’ experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, ideally in property, real estate, or the telecommunications industry.
Proven skills in lease/contract management and legal correspondence.
Familiarity with telecommunications or infrastructure sectors (preferred but not essential).
Proficiency in DocuSign, Oracle, or similar document/systems management tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently within defined policies.
Excellent stakeholder communication, with experience engaging legal providers, suppliers, or finance teams.
Knowledge of invoice validation and financial terms (e.g., GST, escalation rates) is a plus.
