PARALEGAL – ESTATE PLANNING, PART-TIME REMOTE (10 hours/week)
Estate Planning Paralegal needed to support a busy Estate Planning & Trust Administration practice. The focus of the firm is to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships through the creation of an exceptional client experience. Candidate must have at least 3-4 years of experience working as a paralegal in Estate Planning. The candidate must be able to work independently, communicate with clients and have the drafts substantially ready to go with little editing or revising needed.
Experience and Hard Skills (MUST HAVE):
Highly experienced with Revocable Trusts;
Able to pinpoint issues when drafting and call them to the attorney’s attention;
At least 3-4 years of experience working in Estate Planning.
Soft Skills:
Skilled and candid communicator with excellent attention to the details;
Proactivity and reliability are your fort and you are proud of it;
(You are) not afraid to ask questions in all gray areas;
Ability to be flexible and work with shifting priorities.
Technology:
PC (Required);
Experienced user of Gsuite (Required),
Experienced user of Wealthcounsel (Required),
Experience working with MyCase or Lawmatics (Preferred).
