## Overview
We are a consumer-focused law firm assisting clients in financial distress. We are seeking a part-time contract attorney to assist with phone consultations for bankruptcy, debt defense, and foreclosure defense cases. Familiarity in these practice areas is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
## Responsibilities
– Consult with prospective clients, recommend one of our services to solve their problem, and retain the client
– Follow up with prospective clients

The position is for 2-3 days per week, for a window of around 4 hours per day, plus a couple of follow-up calls at times you see fit.
The intended comp plan would be an hourly base plus incentive, with total compensation estimated around $500-$750/week, depending on total hours and performance.
FL Bar license required.
There may be room for long-term growth.
