**Foreclosure Attorney**

Minimum 2 years of plaintiff’s foreclosure representation (mortgage foreclosures qualify)
Strong track record in foreclosure law
Admitted to practice law in New York
**Responsibilities:**
Handling all aspects of foreclosure cases, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court
Conducting a thorough review of foreclosure files and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
Negotiating settlements and resolutions with opposing parties
Collaborating with the internal team to provide guidance and support on foreclosure matters

Compensation:
$115,000 DOE plus bonuses
Responsibilities:
Draft documents related to plaintiff’s foreclosure cases (similar to mortgage foreclosures)
Compose Lis pendens documents
Prepare summons and complaints
Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure
Write correspondence regarding assigned files
Make court appearances
Facilitate client communication
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage foreclosures
Must be admitted in the State of New York
